These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PipeChamp ("Service"), operated by PipeChamp ("we", "us"). By connecting your HubSpot account and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
PipeChamp is a pipeline analytics tool that connects to HubSpot CRM via OAuth and generates pipeline health scores, stage conversion metrics, speed-to-lead analysis, and related insights. The Service is provided as-is for business use.
You must have a valid HubSpot account and the authority to authorise third-party application access to that account. By using PipeChamp, you represent that you have that authority.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of analysing your own HubSpot pipeline data. You agree not to:
PipeChamp accesses your HubSpot data solely to provide analytics to you. We do not use your data for any other purpose. You retain all ownership of your HubSpot data. You can revoke PipeChamp's access at any time via HubSpot Settings → Connected Apps.
PipeChamp uses HubSpot OAuth for authentication — we do not issue separate usernames or passwords. Your session is stored in a signed cookie in your browser. You are responsible for keeping your HubSpot account secure.
We aim to keep PipeChamp available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, or if HubSpot's API is unreachable. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pipeline scores and metrics are analytical outputs based on your HubSpot data — they are not financial advice and should not be relied upon as such. We do not warrant that the analytics will be error-free or that they will meet any specific business requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipeChamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PipeChamp operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
