1. What PipeChamp does

PipeChamp is a pipeline analytics app for HubSpot. It reads your CRM data and turns it into a pipeline health score and a set of insights — funnel drop-off, win vs lost, stage aging, speed to lead, and revenue analysis — so you can see exactly where deals leak and how to fix them. PipeChamp is read-only: it never changes anything in your HubSpot account.

2. Requirements

3. Connecting your HubSpot account

  1. Go to get.pipechamp.app and click Start for free (or go straight to pipechamp.app/connect).
  2. Click Connect HubSpot. You'll be taken to HubSpot's secure authorization screen.
  3. Choose the HubSpot account you want to analyze, then review the read-only permissions PipeChamp requests (listed below) and click Connect app.
  4. You'll be returned to PipeChamp, which analyzes your pipeline and shows your scorecard in about 30 seconds.

No credit card is required to start. Every new account begins with a 14-day free trial of PipeChamp Pro, then continues on a free plan.

4. Permissions we request

During connection, PipeChamp asks for three read-only scopes:

That's all. PipeChamp cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your HubSpot account, and it does not access email content, notes, or attachments.

5. Using PipeChamp

6. Connecting multiple HubSpot accounts

If your HubSpot login has access to more than one account, you can connect several and switch between them from the account picker in the top-right of the dashboard, or in Settings → HubSpot accounts. The free plan includes one account; Pro supports multiple. Each connection is a separate authorization, so you can also connect accounts that belong to a different HubSpot login.

7. Optional integrations

Under Integrations you can optionally connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to layer marketing traffic data onto your funnel. These use a separate Google authorization and can be disconnected at any time.

8. Disconnecting & uninstalling

You can remove PipeChamp's access at any time, in two ways:

Either action revokes PipeChamp's access token for that account and permanently deletes that account's stored aggregate snapshots. Nothing in your HubSpot data is affected — PipeChamp only ever read it.

9. Your data

PipeChamp processes your HubSpot data to produce analytics and displays them to you. We store only monthly aggregate scores per account (for month-over-month trends) — never contact names, email addresses, deal names, or other record content. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we access, how long we keep it, and the services we use.
