What HubSpot data does PipeChamp access?
PipeChamp reads contact records, deal records, and owner information. It never reads email content, notes, or attachments. See our
Privacy Policy for the full list of scopes and how data is used.
Does PipeChamp write to my HubSpot account?
No. PipeChamp is read-only. It analyses your existing data and displays insights — it never creates, modifies, or deletes any records in your HubSpot account.
How do I disconnect PipeChamp from my HubSpot?
Go to your HubSpot account → Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps, find PipeChamp, and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes our access.
Why do some metrics show as empty?
PipeChamp calculates metrics from your deal history. If your HubSpot account doesn't track lifecycle stages or doesn't have enough closed deals, some metrics will show as low sample size. Deal-stage conversion requires at least a few closed deals to be meaningful.
Is my data stored by PipeChamp?
No contact or deal records are stored. Only aggregate monthly scores (like your overall grade and win rate percentage) are stored to power the trend feature. These never contain names, emails, or individual record data.
How do I connect Google Analytics or Search Console?
Inside the app, go to the Integrations tab and click Connect on the relevant integration. You'll be taken through Google's standard OAuth flow. You can disconnect at any time from your Google account's third-party app permissions.
What HubSpot plan do I need?
PipeChamp works with any HubSpot plan that includes CRM access, including the free tier. Some metrics (like detailed stage history) require deals to have been moved through stages within HubSpot.
